Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of administrative empowerment among two physical education teachers in the General Directorate of Education in Diyala (Baqubah Center), the number of the research sample being (100) teachers, through the measure of administrative empowerment by researcher Ali Abbas Fadel / University of Diyala / College of Basic Education, and also The researcher prepared a questionnaire to measure the teaching performance of physical education teachers, consisting of (22) items, The researcher also used the descriptive approach in the form of correlational relationships between the research variables and finding the relationship between them. The researcher concluded that administrative empowerment has a significant impact on the teaching performance of physical education teachers in the Diyala Education Directorate in terms of delegating powers, communication and relationships between teachers and exchanging experiences and information regarding the academic subject and also in the processes of Evaluation, and also encouraging teachers to develop study plans and actively participate in decisions with the school administration, which is considered an application of administrative empowerment.
