Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the level of ethical leadership of directors of student activities departments in the universities of Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of its sports staff. In addition to identifying the level of dimensions of ethical leadership of directors of student activities departments in the universities of Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of its sports staff.

The researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current research on a sample of sports staff in the student activities departments in the universities of Nineveh Governorate. The researchers used the ethical leadership scale designed by (Al-Yuzbeki, 2022), which includes dimensions (moral qualities, management ethics, human relations), and to arrive at To reach the research results, the researcher used the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, and simple correlation coefficient.

The researchers concluded that the directors of student activities departments in the universities of Nineveh Governorate deal according to an administrative approach that relies on justice and transparency in work.

The researchers recommend the need for administrative leaders to realize the importance of applying the concept of ethical leadership and its impact on the reality of the organizational reputation of sports academic institutions.
