Tests are one of the necessary scientific methods in the field of physical education and sports science, as they play a prominent role in the process of proper planning and continuous progress. Objective testing and accurate scientific measurement play a significant role in providing a true indicator of the player's abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to benefit from them to promote sports activities in general and volleyball in particular. The research aims to identify the correlation between the offensive strategic thinking scale and the tests of basic skills (spiking, serving, setting) and the direction of this correlational relationship among players of some volleyball clubs in Kirkuk province. The research sample consisted of players from clubs (Sulaf, New Sulaf, Daquq) who were advanced in number (36) representing 50% of the total research community. The researcher relied on (10) players from Al-Shurja club as a stability sample and a pilot survey for the research.
