The knee joint is one of the largest joints in the body and is of great importance in walking and weight-bearing. It is one of the complex joints in structure, and is also one of the joints most prone to injury. The knee joint performs two opposing functions, one is movement such as running and turning, and the other is bearing the weight of the body. The research aims to prepare rehabilitation exercises accompanied by ultrasound therapy and to recognize their effect on rehabilitating players with partial tears of the lateral ligaments of the knee joint. The researcher used the experimental method with two experimental and control groups with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up designs. The research sample consisted of 14 individuals with lateral ligament tears of the knee joint. The researchers concluded that the rehabilitation program led to improvement in muscle strength of the injured joint muscles in all movement directions during program execution, as well as the disappearance of pain due to the use of rehabilitation exercises accompanied by ultrasound therapy. The researchers recommended the necessity of promptly dealing with partial tears of the lateral ligaments of the knee joint and focusing on regulated therapeutic exercises accompanied by medical devices for treating knee ligament injuries.
