Analytical study of the changes in the weight path deviations according to some of the stresses used in the snatch

Abstract

The study aimed to know the changes of heavy A (Iron Bar) for weightlifting deviations  according to the severity used in the elevation of the snatch , as the study was applied to the research sample represented by the Badra Club for the weight Class (85 kg) and for the sports season (2020-2021). During the time period (1/10/2020) to (1/10/2021),as the researcher used the descriptive approach in the method of survey studies of its suitability and the nature of the research.

      The main experiment was conducted in the Training Center for Weightlifting in the Badra district - Wasit Governorate, through which the weightlifter carried out three attempts to severely (85%, 90%, 95%), respectively, and after collecting data and analyzing iron bar weight  deviations, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are:

- The presence of slight differences in the deviations of gravity between the strict used and in the first stages of the elevation of the kidnapping.
