The development taking place in the game of football and reaching a good level is important for sports teams, especially school teams, which are the first nucleus of the athlete in terms of discovering talent, enhancing and refining it well. Achieving outstanding sporting achievements and winning local and international championships is evidence of the interest in this category, which is the school teams, and the development of basic skills and tactical methods in school teams, especially the middle stage, is very important for the upbringing of a player with high skills and quick tactical methods through which he can participate in school tournaments that are held on The level of education teams in Iraq. The problem of the research is that there is a difference in the training methods used by physical education teachers in developing the tactical performance and skills, each according to his belief in the best method, and that there is a discrepancy in those methods used for that, the researcher decided to delve into the study of this problem. The tactical performance and some basic football skills for the school teams, as well as identifying the impact of these exercises in developing some basic football skills, as well as identifying the relationship between the development of tactical performance and some basic skills with and without the ball on the performance of the two groups. The researcher followed the experimental method with the control and experimental groups for its suitability to the nature of the research. The researcher identified his research community, which are the players of the school teams participating in the championship held by the sports and school activity of Wasit education in football. The number of (9) schools were chosen deliberately, and one of the teams was randomly excluded for the purpose of carrying out the exploratory experiment on it, so the number of the research community members became (8) schools. The control group (and the official Kut average for boys for the experimental group) was (15 players for each group), as the research sample constituted (19.60%) of the research community. Under research and for the steps of conducting the research, by informing the researcher of the scientific sources and references, the research variables and appropriate tests were identified, which ensured the measurement of those variables. After obtaining the raw data, the researcher conducted his statistical procedures in order to obtain the desired results, which are the presence of significant differences between the pre- and post-test for the two groups and in favor of the post-test for the experimental group. In light of the results reached by the researcher, he concluded that the proposed exercises prepared by him had a positive role in developing the speed of performance schematic and in other skills. The mastery of the link between speed and accuracy was evident when applying the schematic performance of the research variables to the members of the experimental group. The researcher recommends the necessity of using different methods for different tactical performance exercises and not relying on one method. The necessity of pairing basic and tactical skills training in the exercises, due to their strong interdependence in quick and accurate tactical execution.
