Special Exercises in the descending pyramid training method to develop the muscle mass of the muscles of the legs in the players of 100 meters in the Arena and field

The researchers aims to develop exercices specific to the descending pyramidial training method to develop the muscle mass of the leg muscles of 100 athletes in the arena and field through ( preparing a training program using the descending pyramidal training method for 100 m running athletes, identifying the effect of the proposed program on the digital level of 100 m running athletes, the researchers used the experimental method due to its sutiability to the nature of the research. the researchers use an experimental design with two measurment pre- and post- test, for one experimental group. the researchers chose a deliberate sample of(20) 100 m runners from some iraqi clubs. on of the most important results was : the presence statistically significant differences. at the level of ( 0.05) between the average scores of the pre- and post- measurments of the experimental group in favor of the average of the post- measurment in the physical test (strength endurance characterized by speed for the legs, the maximum muscular strength test, the broad jump from stability, and the vertical jump test), there were statistically significant diffrences at the level the average scores of the pre- and post-measurment of the experimental group in favor of the average of the post-measurment at( the digital level). one of the most important recommendations was to work on using the hierarchacal training method within vocabulary of the training curriculum and to emphasize following scientific method when developing training in the hierarchacal method.
