Abstract

The research included four chapters. The first chapter contained the introduction and the importance of the research, and the teaching methods and their importance in contributing to the delivery of educational material to students in higher education were discussed. Feasible and compatible with cognitive methods in volleyball education, To achieve the ideal education for skills that are almost difficult and require high effort and focus to be able to master them, and this needs to know the cognitive style of each student and its suitability with the educational style. Hence the use of the flexible group strategy that emphasizes that the learner is the center of the educational process. The objectives of the research are preparing A curriculum for teaching the skill of crushing hitting in volleyball and identifying the impact of teaching the proposed curriculum with the strategy of flexible groups in teaching the skill of crushing for people with the cognitive field (contemplative - impulsive) in volleyball. The researcher assumed that the strategy of flexible groups leads to teaching basic skills. and the researcher touched on the strategy of the flexible groups and the cognitive methods of the skill of crushing volleyball.

The second chapter contained the research methodology and its field procedures, as the researcher used the experimental method, and the sample is the second stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Al-Muthanna University, and their number was 40 students for the academic year 2021-2022. The third chapter included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results of the tribal and remote tests for the experimental and control groups. We concluded that the use of the flexible group strategy achieved better learning with the cognitive (reflective) method in learning the skill of crushing multiplication. Taking into account individual differences between students when teaching volleyball.
