Evaluation of The Administrative Competencies of Heads Departments of Sports and School Activities From the Point of View physical Education Teachers in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate

Abstract

The study aims to know the extent to which the heads of the Sports and School Activities Departments possess the administrative competencies which helps them to carry out their administrative leadership tasks in the best way, by knowing the as for the research problem, the study  attempted to answer the following question relative weight of each form of managerial competencies, what is the degree to which the heads of Sports and School activity departments possess administrative competencies from the point of view of Physical Education Teachers in the center of Diwaniyah?). The study population identified (120) members representing Physical Education Teachers in the center of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate. As for the study sample, it was (70) Physical Education Teachers from the center of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and it was chosen randomly. The most important conclusions the validity of the administrative competency scale which the researcher built in measuring administrative competencies at the technical supervisors in the Sports and School activities department, owns the heads of the Sports and School Activities Departments high level management competencies from the point of view of Physical Education Teachers in the center of Al-Diwaniyah Governorate.
