The Impact of Tolman's Learning Theory on Learning Some Floor Gymnastics Skills Among Female Students.

Abstract

 The significance of this research lies in employing Tolman's learning theory to enhance female students' acquisition of floor gymnastics skills, thereby contributing to the improvement of their motor performance and the overall quality of training and education in the sports field.

The research problem stemmed from the students' weak acquisition of floor gymnastics skills due to the reliance on traditional teaching methods. Additional obstacles, such as fear, anxiety, and difficulty in performing movements, were linked to the lack of necessary educational requirements that stimulate sequential performance. This situation highlighted the need for modern educational tools to improve the learning process and motor performance.

The primary objectives of the research were to explore the impact of Tolman's learning theory on learning some floor gymnastics skills among female students. The researchers concluded that Tolman's learning theory holds significant educational value in teaching certain floor gymnastics motor skills to female students. They recommend adopting Tolman's learning theory due to its educational importance in enhancing the learning process and performance of these skills.
