The Effect of MCT1 Gene Genotypes on Lactic Acid in Junior Soccer Players

Abstract

The problem of accurately understanding genetic factors and their associated functional variables is of utmost importance in line with the recent tremendous scientific revolution in the field of athletic achievement. This application and its extreme importance represent an unmet need that can provide information in the field of scientific research, which will inevitably be reflected in athletic achievement. The study aimed to identify the MCT1 gene genotypes and the levels of lactic acid concentrations according to the genotypes among the research sample. The researcher concluded that the statistical results of the study showed a state of variation in biochemical and physical variables according to the genetic formations of the MCT1 gene.
