Administrative and its relationship to the organizational climate of the administrative body of football sports clubs in Baghdad

Abstract

Aims of Research To identify the level of administrative negotiation among members of the administrative body of football clubs in Baghdad. To identify the organizational climate among members of the administrative body of football clubs in Baghdad. To identify the relationship between administrative negotiation and the organizational climate among members of the administrative body of football clubs in Baghdad. The current research community was determined from the members of the administrative body of all Baghdad football clubs for the 2024-2025 season, totaling (100) members of various job grades.
