Abstract

The importance of research lies in the researcher's quest to use exercises based on the law of inertia of the body in a high-intensity interval style to develop some biomechanical indicators and the accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve from below in volleyball for young players. The problem of the research was through the researcher's observation of the training of some federal teams and specialized centers for volleyball players. The researcher noticed that the technical level of the skill of receiving the serve from below does not harmonize with the development in the field of sports training and the field of volleyball, and that there is a fluctuation among players in the level of performance accuracy in this skill. Therefore, the researcher sought to use exercises based on the law of inertia of the body in a high-intensity interval style to develop some biomechanical indicators and the accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve from below in volleyball for young players. The objectives of the research are to prepare exercises based on the law of inertia of the body in a high-intensity interval style to develop some biomechanical indicators and the accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve from below in volleyball for young players, and to identify the statistical differences between the pre and post tests for some biomechanical indicators and the accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve from below in volleyball for young players. The researcher used the experimental method with a single group design to suit the nature of the problem. The research community was identified as the players of Akad Sports Club, numbering 18 players. A sample of 10 players was selected, representing 55.55% of the community. One of the most important conclusions is that exercises based on the law of inertia of the body in a high-intensity interval style had a positive effect on developing some biomechanical indicators and the accuracy of the skill of receiving the serve from below in volleyball for young players.
