E-management and its relationship to improving administrative creativity among employees in organizing athletics departments

The research problem highlights the administrative creativity of those working in this field as a crucial factor for the success of these championships. With the continuous development of technology, e-management has become an essential tool for improving work efficiency and facilitating organizational processes. However, there is a lack of understanding of the true relationship between the application of e-management technologies and their impact on improving the administrative creativity of those working in organizing athletics championships. The research also aims to: Identify the research scales (electronic management and administrative creativity). Identify the relationship between the two scales. The researcher chose the descriptive approach using the survey method. He also chose a sample of (135) individuals and divided it into a survey, a preparation experiment and a main one. Then the researcher chose the research scales. After that, the two scales were applied to the main sample, which numbered (50) individuals, and the results were extracted. The researcher reached several conclusions and recommendations, including that the research sample is distinguished by electronic management and administrative creativity. E-management plays a role in the administrative creativity of Athletics Federation employees. It is necessary to involve employees in administrative decision-making. It is necessary to establish development programs and courses. Similar studies should be conducted that address the study variables and other samples.
