Evaluation Procedures

Each submitted article will undergo independent peer review by reviewers of high academic standing, and the decision to publish, request revisions, or reject the article will be based on their reports and recommendations. Following the review, the editor will issue one of four decisions based on the reviewers' recommendations:

> Accepted: The submission is accepted without revisions.

> Revisions Required: The submission is accepted following minor changes.

> Resubmit for Review: The submission requires significant changes; it may be accepted but will necessitate a second round of review.

> Rejected: The submission will not be published in the journal.
