The problem of the study was manifested by the researchers' awareness of the importance of diversity and the use of more modern and effective methods in the performance of the institution, as well as the importance of the awareness of each of the leaders, managers and members within the institution to unify and harmonize in the goals and opinions to reach a distinct performance that organizes and achieves a high degree of its goals and in the shortest possible time and this is only done by following modern methods and methods necessary to realize individuals, including the duties required of them to achieve those goals, so the study aimed to prepare a scale The organizational performance of the directors of the Directorate of Physical Training and Police Games from the point of view of its members, the researchers followed the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the research, while the research sample included 244 individuals such as (supervisors, trainers for all games, assistant trainers for all games, members of the administrative body of the directorate) in the directorates of physical training and police games at the Ministry of Interior in Iraq), and the researcher was keen to conduct the preparation process for the study scale and follow all the main and scientific procedures in it of honesty, stability and objectivity, to then apply The scale on the application sample, and after extracting the results, as the researchers came out with conclusions that the Directorate of Physical Training and Police Games in Iraq enjoys a good level in their organizational performance of administrative operations within their directorates, and the availability of a high level of actual work and the will to achieve the goals are key factors in achieving organizational effectiveness and thus improving the level of organizational performance for it, as well as the availability of a healthy environment and climate within the institution and giving freedom to members and empowering them and instilling confidence in them contributes to achieving functional creativity within the Directorate Wheezy
