The organizational climate and its relationship to the professional compatibility of members of the volleyball sub-federations from the point of view of the public bodies

The study aimed to identify the relationship between the organizational climate and the professional compatibility of the members of the volleyball sub-federations from the point of view of the public bodies.
The research community included members of the general bodies of the sub-federations of volleyball, which numbered (65) members distributed among the general bodies that consist of the sub-federations of international referees and international coaches, as well as representatives of international players - according to the 2020/2021 statistic, so the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way They are members of public bodies and the number of the sample was (50) members of the original community. The main research tools were the organizational climate scale and the professional compatibility scale to identify the relationship between the organizational climate and professional compatibility. Volleyball from the point of view of the public bodies, and the researcher recommended recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the professional compatibility of the members of the volleyball sub-federations
