In the study of compound exercises within the limits of the first field of effort and the extent of their impact on the special physical endurance and the skillful performance of young football players, they are the real tributary that is reliable to create a distinct and developed generation that is used for the teams of applicants. Therefore, they must be raised to the highest levels through the development of physical and skill capabilities Which helps the player to qualify for advanced stages. As for the objectives of the research, it was through identifying the effect of compound exercises within the limits of the first field of effort on the special physical endurance of young soccer players. Identifying the effect of compound exercises within the first field of effort in bearing the skillful performance of young soccer players. As for the research hypotheses, there are statistically significant differences between the results of the pretestsThere are statistically significant differences between the results of the pre and post tests of the research variables of the control and experimental groups, in favor of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the test results of the experimental and control groups in the post-tests, in favor of the experimental group. The nature of the problem obligated the researcher to use the experimental approach, while the research sample was from the Al-Sinaa Sports Club players for mobile soccer, who numbered (24), and they were chosen by the intentional method. The fourth chapter included the results of the tests, their analysis, and their discussion of the research sample by means of illustrative tables for the arithmetic mean and standard deviations T-Test after subjecting them to the appropriate statistical operations.
