The application of talent management strategies in the departments of physical education and sports sciences in the Iraqi private colleges from the point of view of the teaching staff"

Abstract

"The aim of the research is to identify the reality of applying the talent management strategy in its three dimensions: capturing talent, preserving it, and developing it. Study Population Members of the teaching staff in colleges and departments of physical education or physical education in Iraqi private universities and colleges, the reason and the advantage of this research: It is the first - to the knowledge of the researcher - that sheds light on the reality of talent management in the private university education sector in Iraq. The descriptive method for displaying and discussing the literature of the subject and previous studies close to the topic of the research, then the researcher used the questionnaire method to retrieve the primary data that was represented by the answers of the faculty members who were randomly elected when determining the sample of the study, after examining the results and analyzing them using statistical tools (spss), the researcher found To: Faculties of physical education in the private sector do not have a clear strategy for talent management, except for some positive practices carried out by some faculty members towards nurturing and encouraging talents. The research was concluded with some recommendations that the researcher estimated their importance".
