Abstract

The importance of this research lies in employing mental exercises and skills according to mental alertness in teaching my skills rolling scoring for football players aged (15-16) years, as these exercises are modern methods that contribute to enhancing the player's awareness to be the player alert and aware as much as possible to what is happening now at this moment During the match It also contributes to improving his ability to pay attention and effective performance of rolling and scoring skills, while staying away from anxiety, fear and tension, which may hinder the learning process and skill development of players at this age group, who are football players aged 15-16 years, and the problem of research was through continuous follow-up and careful observation of the matches of the specialized school players In thi Qar Governorate, the researcher found that some coaches focus heavily on the physical aspect in order to maintain the efficiency of the players' performance on the field for as long as possible without a decrease in the level of physical fitness. This trend shows a remarkable interest in the physical aspects at the expense of the skill and mental aspects, which are basic and interrelated elements that contribute to achieving the integrated performance of the player on the pitch and in light of this, the researcher went to prepare exercises (mental - skill) as an attempt to address the problem under research in general and mental alertness in particular to raise the level of performance of players in the target age group for research, and here the researcher puts The problem of his research in answering the following questions: Does mindfulness play an important role in learning and developing the skills of rolling and scoring for football players aged (15-16) years?, And does the exercises (mental - skill) according to mindfulness have an effective role in raising the level of learning for rolling and scoring skills for players aged (15-16) years?, The objectives of the research are to prepare exercises (mental - skill) according to Mental alertness in learning the skills of rolling and scoring for football players aged (15-16) years, and identifying the statistical differences between the pre- and post-tests of the control and experimental groups in learning the skills of rolling and scoring for football players aged (15-16) years, and the researcher used the experimental approach in the style of the equivalent control and experimental groups to suit the solution of the research problem, and the researcher identified The research community in a deliberate way, and they are the players of the Specialized Center for Football in thi Qar Governorate at the ages of (15-16) years for the season (2023-2024) by (32) players, then the researcher chose his research sample, which numbered (24) players, and they were divided into two control and experimental groups in a simple random manner, and each group contains (12) players, who represent (75%) of the research community, and one of the most important conclusions of the exercises (mental - skill) according to mental alertness is a positive impact for football players aged (15-16) years through Their development in tests for rolling and scoring skills in football.
